What's Included
2 Home Stewardship Visits Per Year
Approximately every six months, your Reeve returns to evaluate the home, document visible changes, identify concerns, and help prioritize maintenance and repairs.Essential Home Stewardship Assessment
Each stewardship visit includes our Essential-level assessment—a broad visual review of readily accessible areas and major home systems, including applicable exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, interior, kitchen, bathroom, moisture, drainage, and general safety conditions.Detailed Assessment Report
After each assessment, you'll receive a detailed digital report documenting relevant findings, photographs, maintenance needs, concerns to monitor, and recommended next steps.1 HVAC Filter Change Per Year
We'll replace one applicable standard HVAC filter during a scheduled stewardship visit.$20 HVAC Filter Credit
Your membership includes up to a $20 credit toward the filter used for your included annual filter change. Filters exceeding the credit can be supplied for the additional cost.1 Dryer Vent Cleaning Per Year

Premier includes creation and ongoing stewardship of your Modern Reeve Home Record—a physical, organized record of important information specific to your home.Your Home Record can include system and equipment information, model and serial numbers, important shutoff locations, electrical-panel information, maintenance history, service records, homeowner notes, and other useful property information. The Home Record stays in your home, giving you access to important information whenever you need it.
As systems are replaced or information changes, your Reeve can update the record during future visits so it continues to grow with your home.
